The wait for the annual Soul Bowl between Jackson State and Alcorn State University is over as the two will battle it out today at 1 p.m. in Jackson.

The rivalry match will be played in front of a sold out crowd of over 60,000 people, watching to see who will come out on top.

JSU has already secured a spot in the SWAC Championship, but Alcorn is still looking to upset the Tigers this afternoon to remain as one the best schools in the West Division.

Kickoff time is just a few hours away. Fans are setting up to see what they have been waiting for since 2019.
