As another COVID-19 wave strikes the United States, more employers are requiring employees to be vaccinated.

According to Indeed.com, job postings that require candidates to have been vaccinated against the virus has risen as much as 34% during the first week of August as compared to the previous month.

The site states that vaccination requirements are still an overall small fraction of postings, but the increase in the requirement has risen across many sectors which previously did not mandate vaccinations among employees.

Indeed.com also notes that vaccine requirements could change rapidly in the months to come, since vaccines only became widely available during the late spring and summer.
