Vicksburg Commons, located at 4000 S. Frontage Road, is being auctioned. Bidding for the strip mall is starting at $400,000. Bidding will take place Sep. 27 – 29.
Vicksburg Commons sits adjacent to the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and within a mile of several hotels. The area encompasses over 96,000 square feet and is currently 79% occupied.
The property was constructed in 1995 and totals 9.41 acres.
