Vicksburg police host crime town hall Sept. 24

Members of the Vicksburg Police Department will be available to answer questions concerning crime in the City of Vicksburg during a town hall meeting at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24, in the Robert M. Walker Building (1415 Walnut St.) Board Room.

The following Vicksburg Police Department employees will be on hand to take questions:

  • Chief of Police Milton Moore
  • Deputy Chief of Operations Bobby Stewart
  • Deputy Chief of Administration Eric Paymon
  • Captain Penny Jones
  • Lt. Johnnie Edwards

“Public safety and a zero tolerance for crime remain my top priority for the City of Vicksburg,” Mayor George Flaggs Jr. said in a release about the event.
