Walker’s Quick Stop is now open in Hermanville
The Stop & Save has rebranded into Walker’s Quick Stop in Hermanville, Mississippi.
Johnny and Frances Walker are the new owners who purchased it from Robert and Ollie Windom.
After Frances spent over two decades in the military, the family decided to come back home to Claiborne County where they are now the proud owners of their store.
“We saw this as an opportunity to give back to the community,” Frances said.
The convenience store will continue to serve hot foods including breakfast and lunch during the weekdays just as the previous owners did before the business transfer.
The Walkers held their ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday where they are now members of the Port Gibson-Claiborne County Chamber of Commerce.
