VPD announces fall amnesty period for past due fines

The Vicksburg Police Department has announced the fall amnesty period for past due fines. The amnesty period will run from Oct. 16 – Dec. 1.
If you owe past due fines and have been issued a contempt of court warrant, you can have your warrant dismissed and avoid being arrested by paying owed fines.
Payments must be paid in full at the Municipal Court Clerk’s Office at 820 Veto Street.
