Four convicted sex offenders have been indicted in Warren County for failure to notify of address change.
Delveechio Trunell:
Trunell was convicted of sexual battery in 2013 in Jefferson County. A conviction of his new charge could result in him being in custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
Ricky Turner:
Turner was convicted of statutory rape of a victim under the age of 14 in 2018. He also could be sent to prison if convicted.
Lonia Wright:
Wright was convicted of statutory rape in 2010 and was sentenced to 20 years. He was also convicted in 2021 for failure to notify a change of address and was sentenced to five years. He is now charged as a habitual offender and could face life without parole if convicted.
Charles Gordon:
Gordon was convicted of statutory rape in Hinds County in 2010. If convicted, he also faces the possibility of prison.
