Second suspect arrested for murder of Kelvion Winston, additional suspect still on the run

The Vicksburg Police Department announced the arrest of Joshua Perkins, 28, in connection with the death of Kelvion Williams.

Perkins was arrested by Vicksburg Police Department on Thursday and charged with murder, three counts of shooting into an unoccupied vehicle and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Perkins had his initial appearance in court and was given a $2,180,000 bond.

Bryant Williams, another suspect in the case, was taken into custody on Thursday as well and given a $2,150,000 bond.

A third suspect, Quenterious Williams is still on the run.
